Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use BookWithAI. BookWithAI is an information tool that helps you plan and compare flights; it does not sell tickets or take payment.

1. The service

BookWithAI is an AI assistant that helps you search for flights, compares options, explains its ranking and lets you save fares to track. It does not book or ticket flights, does not take payment and does not hold your card details. Any purchase happens on the airline's or booking provider's own site, under their terms. BookWithAI is not a party to that purchase.

2. Information may be wrong

Fares, schedules, baggage and refund rules come from third-party providers and change quickly. The assistant is an AI and can make mistakes. Check the price, dates, baggage, refund rules and any visa or entry requirements with the airline and official sources before you buy or travel. Price signals and summaries are an aid, not a guarantee that a fare will not fall or rise.

3. Your use

  • Use the service lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or probe it for weaknesses.
  • Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Do not put anything into the chat you are not entitled to share.
  • The service is currently free. We may change that in future; if we do, we will say so before any charge applies.

4. Accounts

You can use the chat without an account up to a limit; an account is needed to save trips or track fares. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Third-party links and providers

Booking links and data come from other companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, prices or service.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or remove features, including at short notice. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without promises about accuracy or availability. The limits of our liability, and which law and courts apply, are to be set by the operator with legal advice before this draft is finalised.
